Oh, praise Jesus . . .

 . . . with your hands in the air!  I just got emails from both my comps readers.  They love my exegesis paper, and I am officially 3/4 done with N.E.W.T.s!  

In related news, my last exam, a methodolody paper (which I'm writing as a chapter in To Each Its Own Meaning, a book of essays on different forms of historical, literary, and ideological criticism of the Bible), is nearly finished.  My goal is to have it done by next Friday, the 11th.  The 12th Tua and I are hosting the vestry retreat, and I'll need to do lots of cleaning and cooking for that.

Did I mention I got elected to the vestry?  Well, I did.

Not that I care much right now.  I'm still flooded with nervous adrenaline.

I got to preach this past Sunday.  I used The Secret Garden as my central metaphor. That was fun.  :)
